Park Booking Policy

🐾 Parks for Pets – Rental Policy

Welcome to Parks for Pets. Here’s what you need to know before your visit:

📍 Booking & Arrival

• All bookings must be made in advance through our online platform.

• Bookings are for 60 minutes per visit, including arrival and departure time. 

• Bookings grant exclusive access to the park for up to 4 dogs from the same household or group.

• Please do not enter the park early, before your scheduled booking and depart on time.

• If another party is present when you arrive, wait in your vehicle outside of the gate until they have fully exited.

🔁 Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

🦴 Park Use & Expectations

• Owners/guardians must remain on site and supervise dogs at all times.

• Only dogs from your own group may be brought into the park.

• All dogs must be up to date on vaccinations and in good health.

💩 Cleanup & Courtesy

• Please clean up after your dog(s) — poop bags and waste bins are provided.

• Do not allow dogs to dig or damage fencing or park features.

• Leave the park as you found it. If something breaks or looks off, let us know.

🌧 Weather & Safety

• The park is open in most weather conditions. Bookings are non-refundable due to weather.

• Always dress appropriately for the terrain and conditions.

• Bring water for your dog(s) — especially on hot days.

⚖️ Terms & Conditions

• The park is used at the sole risk of the owner/guardian.

• NO liability is assumed by Parks for Pets and Canine Development and Testing, including but not limited to injury, illness, or accidents involving dogs, owners, vehicles, or equipment.

• By booking a session, you agree to these terms and waive any and all liability claims.
